Aroma de la Mer is special because our garden restaurant offers a little different modern stile lounge design in a beautiful garden with floating water from a waterfall. We offer very good and fresh Indonesian and Western food with the friendliness and hospitality of your personal Balinese service.

On the menu you will not find Balinese food commonly served like in tourist places. Aroma de la Mer serves Balinese food the way we Balinese eat it prepared in our Balinese homes or during several traditional ceremonies with the special flavour of spicy Bali.

SCUBA DIVING

The area of Amed is famous and probably most known for its amazing underwater scenery and best dive destination in Bali which draw visitors from all over the world. The coral reefs which can be found in this area make this area to one of the best diving destinations in the world. In crystal clear water you will find a range of dives suitable for beginners up to very advanced diver.
The area offers safe coral gardens in bays. Here you can dive into shallow fringe reefs or you can find some of the most interesting wreck diving in this area and dramatic drop offs or drift diving.
We can recommend the Amed Scuba Dive Center
which is lead by the German biologist Christine Sbick. Who is speaks fluent English and German. Amed Scuba is only diving in small groupsfor your personal safty and there enthusiasm for the reef is only growing.
